The monographs below are mere segments of Quayle’s heartfelt visual narratives, some that have come to a natural end and many that are still incomplete. Each of Quayle’s projects are driven by a passion to not only record every object that enters his viewfinder in an authentic and accurate manner, but to also capture a ‘Sense of Nearness’, a phenomenon that can create a sense of proximity between the viewer of the image and the reordered subject matter.
